The History
Indulge in the rich history and timeless allure of this meticulously renovated 5-bedroom, 8-bathroom home in the heart of downtown Breckenridge. Originally built as a historic hotel in 1860, this remarkable structure has witnessed the passage of time through multiple roles - from a hotel to a fine dining restaurant to a live music venue.  In the 1800s, it held the honor of housing the first and only bathtub in Summit County, which was used extensively by traveling cowboys and those on the quest for gold. The meticulous renovations from 2020 to 2023 and subsequent updates have ensured that while its historic charm remains intact, the home now offers a seamless blend of modern amenities. Immerse yourself in the luxurious present, knowing you're walking the same floors that were once graced by countless visitors seeking adventure and respite. Beyond its rich history, this home is a testament to modern opulence. The meticulously designed interiors stand as a tribute to both the past and the present, a harmonious blend of eras that speaks to the heart of Breckenridge's evolution. Notably, this residence also holds the distinction of being on the stop of many walking history tours as well as the Breckenridge Ghost Tour. The echoes of its history have given rise to numerous tales and legends, adding an extra layer of intrigue to its already captivating narrative. Now, as a renovated historic landmark, this home stands as a rare opportunity to become part of Breckenridge's vibrant history. Stay in the very building that has borne witness to generations of stories, from the wild frontier days to the modern era of luxury living.
